Appointment Policies & FAQs

  • Yes. You can reschedule and/or cancel consultations at least 48 hours before the scheduled time using the link provided in the confirmation email.

    Any consultations cancelled within 48 hours of the session are nonrefundable.

  • We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your session may automatically be canceled with no refund, since we may have other appointments scheduled right after yours.

  • Unfortunately, missed appointments without prior notice aren't eligible for a refund or reschedule.
